"Healing Work” is the intentional psychological and spiritual effort to understand and create a healthier version of yourself, to heal your own wounds and change your own behaviors and perceptions for a better, fuller life.

Pull one card each week of the year and first answer these three questions:

What does the art make you feel? What does the art make you think about? and, if you’re pulling from a negative space, why do you think that is?

Answering these questions first gives you insight into how you view the world around you. then, go to the page associated with the card you picked that week and go over it’s particular guidance.

Pretty simple, right? At the end of the year, reflect on how you’ve grown over the year. Do you find yourself creating boundaries? Do you feel more positive? do you have a firm grasp on your own personal values and how you can live by them?

and one final thing… when you’re done With the deck, pass it along or frame your favorites! The cards are a 3.5x5 framable size. They’d also make great gifts for others!

My artwork is viewed differently by every individual due to their own personal perspectives and life experiences, but I work hard to tell stories of a wide range topics- parenthood, trauma, abuse, death, depression, anxiety, attachment styles and so forth to name just a few. I will also be exploring things like purpose, practicing gratitude, the purpose of prayer and faith.

The first round of decks were printed in the fall of 2024 and are nearly sold out, so check in with me to see if one is left available! I hope to send in the second order in summer of 2025, and pre-ordering will be available once the first round is sold out.
